[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"Don't try to confuse me...Marcy, can't you see he has a destiny? And his purpose is good. We should be helping him. Besides, Sir Lynx gives me the creeps."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Norris gave a sigh, brushing strands of hair from his face, "I see..." He looked between the two of them, "And there is no way I can persuade you from accompanying me, IS there?" Leaning against the doorway as a pair of guards passed by, sneaking out into the hallway behind them. He knew their uniforms well, they were Porre security personel. Obviously brought by Lynx.

Pulling his pistols, he clubed them both at the base of their neck. Dragging them back into the lab as he began to remove the black and silver uniforms, tossing them at the two women, "Then put these on...and follow my lead, once we're on the move. We'll need one of your cages, Luccia." waiting for them to change, glad the two men were near their sizes.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

She smiled to herself, of course there was no way he could persuade her otherwise. She looked distastefully at the uniforms, but did as asked. She had to remove her clothes, but eventually she was fully dressed in the uniform. The guard that had previously worn it had been a little shorter than her, and a little bulkier. So the pants were highwaters and it was large around her shoulders, but she wore it well. The boots were a little big, so she put her own shoes back on (the things games never consider). "I hope you do know dat I am fairly vell rekognizable in dis building. Many vill know me by my face."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"I, on the otherhand, will arouse no suspicision." Leena remarked as she got changed. The guard was close to her size, but, her natural svelte frame made the uniform make her look about 30 pounds heavier. The guard's pistol, however, made her feel a little better. It was better then a frying pan.

"Sir, how would you use one of these?" she asked, holding up the firearm.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"Fine, Glenny..." Marcy mutters. "But, like, don't expect me to go easy on you..."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

He salutes her. "If you did I would be insulted, Marcy."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Norris groaned in the back of his mind, "Though I hate to say it in such rudementary terms...Level the barrel at your target and squeeze the trigger. You may need to use both hands to do it very well."

He then walked over a bit and began changing into his own disguise, his Black Wind uniform far to recognizable. Not to mention he knew none of his peers had been sent for aide to Lynx. "Tell me Luccia, are you restricted to the lower levels? Or were you given full access to the Manor?" He picked up his older Porre uniform as he began to put it on. Feeling nostalgic, it had been some time since he had worn it.

Standing there in his boxers staring at the still crisp uniform, he finished his pause and began to dress. "If you do, then there is no reason for you to use a disguise. If not, I have some helmets." He began to button up the front, picking up his gunbelt as he finished prepairing.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"Thanks." Leena tucked the weapon into the gunbelt just as Norris did. She then had to ask. "Is there anything that I need to know about being in the Porre military? I think I can act militaristicly enough to bluff a soldier, but are there any secret codes or passwords I should know? This disguise must be authentic."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"None at the level THESE soldiers are. These men are Lieutenants at best." Finishing the donning of his old uniform he turned towards the two women, "Porre didn't send any heavy military with Sir Lynx. As formidable as he is, they didn't think he'd need it."

He paused, slapping his forehead as he realised what he'd said. "Listen to me, both of you...my only interest in learning of Sir Lynx's plans. Anythng else is of little consequence to me." He peered out the door as he readied himself for their next move. "If there are any codes, they're codes Lynx gave these men himself..."

[S.S. Zelbess, Home World]

Norris looked on as he neared the large ship. Marbule had bore no fruit...all its inhabitants apparently taken aboard the Zelbess. Pulling up beside the anchored ship he hitched his raft to the sidewall, nearest to the oars. And began his ascention of the steps. "There should be some answers here to be found." he spoke calmly as he reached the main deck.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"I am only restricted a very fev places, for de most part I have full access to de manor." She frowned, disgruntled that she'd had to change if she really didn't need to. "I suppose I should simply vear my clothes, I am apt to be less konspicuous dat vay dan in dis getup." Immediately she began the process of undressing again.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"Good." Leena smiled, as she put on the helmet. She wouldn't have to worry about being detained to an off-limits area if she traveled with Luccia. Norris would also be a valuable ally. Leena felt a little shorthanded, not bringing much to this grouping besides a few elements and the ability to learn.

"I'll aid you with the plans, but then I have to find Serge."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

"Who is this Serge? Your boyfreind?" he asked as he turned around, turning a bit red as he accidentally forgot Luccia was changing. Fixing his eyes on Leena as not to stare, "You have the helmet on wrong...how can you see with it like that." He walked over adjusting it apropriately, "It should be much more comfortable this way. If this Serge person is the intruder that has everyone in such an uproar he will probably find US...before we find him." Crossing his arms as he looked at the two, "Are we ready to continue now." The redness returning to his cheeks as he lightly glance at Luccia, before putting on his own helmet so as not to be recognized by the other Porre and Lynx. "Alright let us go..." with that he ushered Luccia out infront, "It would look more natural with us simply as your escort."

Lightly patting Leena on the left shoulder, "Not to worry, you have a good spirit, and courage, you'd make a wonderful soldier. Afterall, few young maidens would have the gaul to simply walk into a place like this." He walked briskly behind Luccia, ushering Leena to simply follow his lead. Whispering lightly to Luccia, "Lynx would most likely be keeping close company with General Viper. Wherever he is, is where we should check first."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Leena blushed twice, once at Norris's remark and the other at his compliment. She would've stood out like a tomato if she wasn't wearing that helmet. "No, Serge isn't my boyfriend, but he reminds me of someone I used to know. Exact same name and attitude. He died ten years ago."

"You really think so?" She said hopefully. Norris nodded. Leena, although kind-hearted, always wanted to be able to protect people, especially those that couldn't protect themselves. She just didn't think she had the guts. "Well, let's find this Lynx!"

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Norris looked over to her, "The three virtues of a soldier...Honor, Courage and Dignity...without these a soldier is little more than a mercenary of the government. As a soldier, you can be a master of your own fate. I can tell you care for a many people...THAT is what makes a soldier. We're the knights of the era...our duty is to those we care for...first and foremost, don't you aggree?" He smiled through the helmet, he was not naive to the wishes of his superiors...but now was not the time to question them with any success. His views may not be those of many, but on many levels he had always been somewhat of a romantic. As they neared the entrance to the upper level he pulled open the right side door, hoping Leena would follow suit with the left, "This way Dr. Luccia...the doors have already been unlocked." He spoke in a more official tone as two guards paced the hall behind them.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

The blue-skinned uber-swordsman smiled. Slash's hand was on his sword's hilt, and it was getting itchy. "Let's find this General Viper. He should be no match for me, or all of us. Or this Lynx fellow. Lead the way, woman. I want to find these people... and hurt someone."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Now fully dressed, Luccia began to lead Norris and Leena out of the room and to the upper halls. She listened idly to the others, but didn't even try to interject. She was good at listening and taking notes, not discussing. She knew where the General's office was, and that was precicely where she was leading them. "Kom dis vay, please."

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Norris nods, following Luccia looking to Leena from the corner of his eye, "I'm surprised an attractive young girl such as you doesn't have more men competing for your hand. It seems everything has gone smoothly so far, but should we run into trouble, I promise no harm will befall either of you." He went silent as they now stood in the manor's greater hall, looking amongst the eight pillars, "So where is the switch?" He asked Luccia as he noticed the platform was raised to the upper floor.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Luccia raised a finger for patience, turning her head to smile at Norris. "Only a moment, please." She walked across the room, the sound of her heals reverberating around the large room. She stepped behind one pillar and pressed her hand to the switch. The platform began to slowly fall to the floor. "Dere you are." She stepped out from behind the pillar and stood just to the side of the platform, waiting for Norris and Leena to catch up.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

Norris walked back into position behind Luccia, lightly taking Leena's wrist to make certain they stayed close, hearing light echoes of the commotion from their left. Where young Marcy stood against the intruders. "Let us move then..." he smiled, knowing that if what he knows of Sir Lynx holds true...then there is a chance his schemings could ruin his own weeks of hard work to infiltrate the Devas.

[Viper Manor, Alternate World]

She stepped onto the platform, and moved to press the switch that would raise them. She placed a hand upon it, and moments later they were rising upwards. The platform clicked into place and she moved to open the door to the upper floor.

[S.S. Zelbess, Home World]

Norris scanned the maindeck, finding only one demihuman acting as waitress. "Excuse me miss...I was wondering where I would go to find information on the Sea of Eden, or the former leader of Marbule?"

She gave a nervous look as her ears twitched lightly, "I...I'm sorry sir, I'm not permitted to speak with the passengers. Perhapse if you could speak with Captain Fargo." She then went back about her business, occaisionally giving a curious look in his direction.

Norris watched her make her rounds, "I see...perhapse I will." With that he moved into the upper deck of the ship. Not paying much mind to where he was headed.

[S.S. Zelbess, Home World]

Janice stretches briefly, sitting indian style in the middle of the platform that overlooks the Grand Slam area. She has grown steadily tired of using the same trivial training process on the same boring old creatures each and every day. All of her creatures were already seemingly unbeatable, afterall. They hadn't lost a single challenge yet. What more could she do without a little fresh competition every once in a while?

She flopped back and stretched some more. As she lay there she went into an innate grumble about the serious lack of competition lately and her anger at Sneff's recent acts of cowardice. "Fargo should DO something about the lack of fresh blood, dammit! Demi-humans are in abundance on this rickety old cruise ship but they don't bet nearly as much OR as often as the moronic drunken humans that used to stumble in constantly." she says with a depressed sigh, her ears laying limp against the floor.

Suddenly she darts to her feet, standing at full attention with one large furry fist raised in the air. "Wait just a second! I don't have to sit here and take this. It's Fargo's fault that business stinks right now, he IS the Captain. He should get motivated to do something He's losing just as many suckers, er 'humans', as I am, afterall..." she convinces herself. She checks to make sure that all of her moster cages are carefully locked, grabs one of her carrot weapons, and storms out of the GrandSlam and towards Fargo's quarters.

[Magical Dreamers, Alternate World]

Stretching, Miki stared at herself in the mirror. Same old face, same desolate expression. Her heart definitely wasn't going to be in it tonight. Maybe I can convince Nikki to just cancel tonight...he didn't seem to be any happier about it than I did. I wonder what people'd think if I just quit the show biz, once and for all...

[S.S. Zelbess, Home World]

Dwelling for a few more moments on a thought, she left the dining hall and headed towards the upper deck of the ship to get some fresh air. The wind upon her skin always felt refreshing after a day stuck in her cabin...even the large room felt claustophobic after more than an hour. Smiling serenely as the breeze ruffled her strawberry-colored hair, she paid no attention to wear she was walking and bumped into someone.

Startled, disrupted from her peaceful reverie, she looked up and automatically apologized. "I'm sorry..."
