...decent HTML/design skills.
...interesting content.
...must update at least once every three months.
I do not allow the following...
...questionable material (ej. pornography/racism).
...large uploads such as mp3 files or videos.
...the installation of scripts which have been deemed insecure.
...e-mail abuse via spam or flame mail.
...the theft of words/graphics from other websites.
