I am moving the entire blog over to livejournal!

      About This Layout

Hello and welcome to B-chan's Blog version 2.1 ...It features Alice and the Cheshire Cat from the wonderfully morbid game American McGee's Alice. I really like how this one turned out!

      Buruma Tamashiino's Harem

Welcome to my harem. Want one? Build you own!

#1. Xelloss (Slayers) ~ There is something completely irresistible about the combination of trickery and pure evil. Everything about this character’s personality and appearance attract me to him, "like a moth to a flame", if you will... (Sure, you know you're going to get burned eventually... but do you really care? Heck, no!) He is one of the most clever and inventive characters I have ever come across. He 'technically' never lies yet he somehow always manages to leave out just enough details to get human-sheep to do exactly what he wants them to do. His loyalty is a force to be reckoned with, which is a major plus, and let’s not forget his beautiful amytheist eyes... Dear god, those eyes! ::squeaks:: For all these reasons and more, this is my favorite animated man.
Harem moment: The scene in NEXT in which Chaos Dragon Gaav brutally attacked him, demanding that he give him information, and Xelloss simply smiled back at him.

#2: Samurai Jack (Samurai Jack) ~ Jack represents everything reminiscent of justice and honor (an aspect I’ve come to loath in so many other characters) but, in this instance, I believe that it truly complements the character’s personality. Jack is everything the perfect man should be... Chivalrous, respectful of others, well mannered, honest, persistent, clever, and a fair fighter. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that he looks positively gorgeous in the heat of battle.
Harem moment: When Jack disrobed for the first time and I learned the meaning of the word fudoshi. XD

#3: Chichiri (Fushigi Yuugi) ~ He is fun-loving and cheerful whenever anyone needs a smile, quick to take on the roll of big brother whenever the younger warriors need guidance, and adapt at keeping painful secrets bottled up inside for years on end. All in all, Chichiri is a good man with a painful past and I can’t help but love him for the way he has handled his life and his responsibilities.
Harem moment: The OAV moment in which we are shown how Chichiri received his scar. Poor guy! I just wanted to reach through the screen and hug him.

#4. Tomo (Fushigi Yuugi) ~ Heh, yeah...so, technically Tomo has an unbridled hatred for women which stems back to his complicated childhood. Who cares? ^^; I still can’t help but love this guy. Tomo hasn’t had the easiest life and I really feel sorry for him, he has a lot of interesting points to him... He’s also very cute and his Seiryuu power is arguably one of the most interesting. Who wouldn’t love to have a man that can deliver her into any illusion that she wants?
Harem moment: When he gave an interesting display of how he sometimes uses the feelers/feather-like-objects sprouting from his hat. I’d never been jealous of Tamahome until that very moment.

#5. Nightcrawler (X-Men) ~ He’s a charming underdog in so many ways and he has a sense of humor that cannot be extinguished. Even after enduring a childhood filled with persecution he never once lost faith in his beliefs. His will is strong, he is kind, and he has some wickedly adorable ears...there are so many things to love about this guy.
Harem moment: The second that I heard that soft German accent. German never sounded so good!

#6: Soujiro Seta (Rurouni Kenshin) ~ Poor Soujiro has been misguided (to say the least) but the fact that he could rise up from a cruel childhood and become the second best swordsman in the Juppon Gatana makes me feel for him. Soujiro can accomplish anything if he puts his mind to it, his spirit will not break easily. For these reasons and more, I can’t help but love this complicated bishonen.
Harem moment: The flashback into Soujiro’s childhood in which he stood up for himself for the first time.

#7. Shang (Mulan) ~ A strong character with lots of muscles and a sexy voice, what is there not to like? I must admit, I was only slightly infatuated with his character until Samurai Jack came on the scene some years later. The two remind me of one another quite a bit; I love Shang for many the same reasons as I love Jack.
Harem moment: As he began singing the "I’ll make a man out of you" song. If it were possible to melt, I would have. ^.^

#8. Jakotsu (Inu Yasha) ~ Yeah, yeah...Again, why do the cute ones almost always have to be gay? I can’t help but love Jakotsu for his wicked personality. If he sees something that he wants then he’ll usually go for it, regardless of who is standing in his way. He is not afraid to say exactly what’s on his mind, which makes him humorous (in a sadistic sort of way.)
Harem moment: The moment in which he licked the blood off of his blade and made mention of wanting to carefully collect Inu Yasha’s beautiful ears.

#9. Legato Bluesummers (Trigun) ~ Legato isn’t one of the easiest guys to love, true enough. But, if you haven’t noticed already, I have a little infatuation with dark/evil characters and Legato definitely falls under this category. He doesn’t have a lot of the deep factors which Xelloss has going for him, and that is why I’ve placed him considerably farther down my list. Still, Legato has that deep sense of tragedy about him and I can’t help but like it. On a bad day, his actions would definitely do well to cheer me up.
Harem moment: One quote says it all, "The power of death is intoxicating..."

#10. Ryoga Hibiki (Ranma ½) ~ This poor guy never seems to get a break. He’s sweet and caring (unlike Ranma) yet he never gets the recognition or love that he so strongly deserves. He’s polite, courageous, and would gladly help a friend. What greater guy could you ask for? All he really needs is someone to love, and maybe a map or two...
Harem moment: After watching the "I Would Walk (500 Miles) - A Tribute to Ryoga" Fan Video.
